DIVINE X Dole Canada

If you are looking for a cool, refreshing and YES healthy treat that kids will love, you’ve come to the right place.  Chef Cory Vitiello teamed up with Dole Canada and created this delicious snack.  Dole Diced Peaches add that sweet taste of summer.  To make these a little “extra”, buy fun popsicle molds to pour them in.  You can find everything from cactus to dinosaur molds.

Makes: 6

Special equipment: Blender and Popsicle molds

Ingredients:

1 cup of Dole Diced Peaches

1 cup washed and chopped kale

¾ cup plain yogurt

3 tbsp almond butter

Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and set in the freezer.  This is another great DIY job for the kids to get their hands on.
