Overnight oats and blueberry parfait is easy to make, delicious and nutritious. Put the parfait in a mason jar overnight and you have the perfect breakfast or pre-workout snack.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup uncooked oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup of blueberries
Directions
Divide and layer oats, chia seeds, sliced almonds, almond milk and blueberries into four small jars. Repeat each layer until the jars are full. Then place in refrigerator and leave overnight. Top with blueberries before serving.
