Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 sprig (1 teaspoon) fresh rosemary, chopped (stem removed)
  • 2 cups whole, unroasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

Place butter on pan on medium heat to melt it. Once melted, add rosemary, almonds and sugar to the pan. Once the almonds are roasted, add cayenne pepper and salt to taste.

Note: adding ½ cup sunflower seeds to the almonds, ½ cup pumpkin seeds
and ½ cup of dried goji berry, we get a trail mix that taste delicious. Tasteful
and energizing to perfection!
