As the knowledge of Breast Cancer Awareness Month becomes more widespread and as scientific and social awareness increase, helping the cause has never been more accessible. Every year, some of your favorite brands come together to create products that benefit both you and science. Shop the cause this year!

Cashmere’s Couture for the Cause

Once again this year, Cashmere will be donating $0.25 from the sale of every limited edition package to the Canadian Cancer Society. From September 28th to October 26th, anyone can vote for their favourite Cashmere BT Couture garment, designed by Canadian fashion students. For every vote, Cashmere will donate $1 in the name of the winning designer!

Love with Litzi

Litzi, the Montreal-based brand, will be joining forces with the fundraising event Culinary Showdown and the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation in the creation of a ‘Pink Ribbon’ Love necklace. 40% of the proceeds raised from the sales of the $60 necklace will be donated to various initiatives, including genetic testing for breast cancer and advancing genetic research.

David Yurman’s bracelet for the cause

The brand has been a partner of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for over 7 years, and this year’s campaign is no different. The David Yurman Starburst Single Station Bracelet with Pink Sapphires is 2017’s star, and 20% of all proceeds from the sale will be donated to the BCRF. The $475.00 gem can be purchased at DY boutiques, Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and online.

Bras, bras, bras with Addition Elle

A leader in Canadian women’s fashion, Addition Elle took the initiative of donating $5 per 2 bras sold to the Canadian Cancer Society this month. The brand will also offer the Amoena mastectomy bra, a leading brand in post-surgery bras, in select stores. As discourse surrounding surgery is still taboo, this inclusion is a step forward in normalizing it.

Aerie’s girls

The young adult lingerie store will be donating 100% of the revenues from the sale of the limited-edition shirt to Bright Pink, a non-profit that promotes breast and ovarian health education. The shirt is available for $24.45 and is offered in two different colors!

H&M x Rethink

The popular high-street retailer is also joining in to help this cause this year, with their ‘#8008135’ collection. In partnership with Rethink Breast Cancer, a movement working with young women, the brand will be donating 100% (!!) of all shirt sales to Rethink Breast Cancer. For $17.99, you can also show your support for the cause by grabbing one of these sleek and conversation-starting shirts – there are 5 styles available, too!
