Gin and Tonic is the ultimate summer drink. It is simple and refreshing. This recipe updates the classic gin and tonic. The ideal drink uses a good gin and it is worth the splurge. Tonic is in the midst of a resurgence of popularity and there are more options on the market. If gin is too strong for your taste, adapt the recipe by using vodka.

Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
2 juniper berries
2 small sprigs of rosemary
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 dash hops bitters (or other aromatic bitters)
3 oz. Strongbrow Rosé Apple
Lime wedge
Directions:
In a shaker, combine gin, juniper berries, one rosemary sprig, lime juice and bitters with ice and shake vigorously. Carefully strain into a rocks glass full of ice, top with Strongbrow Rosé Apple and stir briefly. Garnish with reserved rosemary sprig and lime wedge. Pairs well with seafood.
