Mocktails are having a moment. According to the LCBO says non-alcoholic beverage sales grew 67 per cent from 2022 to 2023. Further, a study by Open Table stated that  one-in-five Canadians choose cocktails as their alcoholic drink of choice but one-third (33 per cent) are likely to seek out restaurants with a diverse cocktail/ mocktail menu. That is why we decided to focus on mocktails for our latest edition of Traveling Tastebuds.

LOUIX LOUIS Grand Bar and Restaurant, is the crown jewel of the beautiful St. Regis Hotel in Toronto. Located on the 31st floor of the storied hotel, LOUIX LOUIS gives Torontonians and visitors an impressive view of the skyline. Known for their American cuisine with a French twist, and of course for their indulgent 13-layer The King’s Cake, LOUIX LOUIS is a must visit.

They also have an extensive list of classic cocktails, but if liquor isn’t your thing, they have a some delightful mocktails. Crafted by their skilled mixologists, these non-alcoholic libations offer a sophisticated exploration of nuanced flavors. Remember when you travel, some of the best food, and experiences can be found at the city’s top hotels and the St. Regis Toronto and LOUIX LOUIS will be an experience.

Here’s to embracing the elegance and innovation that LOUIX LOUIS brings to the world of non-alcoholic indulgence with these three fabulous recipes:
