After two decades of sharing his deep love for plants, weather, and the great outdoors with Canadians coast to coast, Frank Ferragine—widely known as Frankie Flowers—is turning a new leaf and focusing on what he loves most: helping people grow.
“Throughout my life, I’ve been wild about weather and passionate about plants,” says Ferragine. “With the wackiness of this world, I think now more than ever is the time for people to be grounded in the garden. My goal is to help Canadians, North Americans, and people from around the world lead happy, healthy lives through the gifts gardens give us.”
While Frank’s role on national morning television has come to an end, his connection with audiences is anything but over. With a thriving community online and a packed schedule of speaking engagements, Frankie is deepening his roots across new platforms. Retirement is not on the horizon for Canada’s favourite gardener:
“For 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of being in your living room. While I may not be on your TV screen, I’ll still be sharing my love for gardening on Instagram, on my YouTube channel, and at talks around North America. Next year, you can even join me on a riverboat cruise exploring some of France’s greatest gardens.”
He continued, “Sometimes change is about moving yourself forward and focusing more on what truly matters. For me, that’s my family, my friends, gardening, and travel—and I’ll still be here sharing all of that with you.”
Frank Ferragine will continue to lead as Canada’s most trusted gardening expert, reaching new audiences with educational content, live appearances, brand collaborations, and a growing digital presence that inspires both novice and seasoned green thumbs alike.
