Summer is here and we are so excited to be replacing bulky sweaters and scarves with a lighter, more carefree wardrobe! Although it’s easy to train outside in the summer, it’s also great to have training videos at your fingertips on those hot, humid days when you would rather train in your cool, air-conditioned home. Did you know that YouTube videos has hundreds of these videos to choose from? Here are three of our favourite channels to follow if you want to be inspired (and stay fit) this season!
Blogilates
Headed by Cassey Ho, a certified pilates teacher, the channel offers a ton of dynamic and effective workout videos, focusing on different parts of the body. Cassey helps show off her POP Pilates method, which combines Pilates with pop music, and offers several shorter workouts that are perfect when you only have a little bit of time and you need to be close to home. We also like that the YouTuber talks a lot about body positivity, a subject that is very dear to us at divine.ca!
Tone it Up
The two ladies behind Tone it up – Karena and Katrina – are passionate about training, health and well-being, and share their knowledge through motivating training videos. Their brand new Bikini Series will keep us in shape and we have to admit, we love their vlogs and their informative videos as well. Two inspiring ladies to follow right now!
Popsugar Fitness
This channel offers several 30-minute training sessions. They also have shorter, more targeted videos for training specific body parts. You will also find healthy recipes and some relevant health information on this channel. They are always posting new content – subscribe and you will always have fresh videos at your fingertips!
