With its many wellness-focused features, it can become a powerful tool to enhance your health and establish a balanced daily routine. Here are five simple tips to optimize your day using your Apple Watch:

  1. Use the Activity Rings

The Activity Rings represent three key elements: Move, Exercise, and Stand. Your daily goal? Close these rings! They encourage you to stay active throughout the day by reaching your personalized targets. Set up notifications to remind you to stand or move if you’ve been inactive for too long.
