Penélope Cruz launched a successful collection with GEOX once again, designing it with her sister Mónica. The Spring/Summer 2024 GEOX by Penélope Cruz & Mónica Cruz capsule collection includes four outerwear designs and four footwear designs, inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle and joie de vivre. The mega star shared why she teamed up again with her younger sister on the capsule collection:
“Over the last twenty years, Mónica and I have designed several collections for numerous brands. We love fashion and we like working together. Which is why we decided to do it again,” Penélope told us. “This time in particular we were inspired by Geox‘s philosophy. Everything has to meet the most rigorous quality standards in terms of materials and technology, but never without a touch of style”.
GEOX by Penélope Cruz & Mónica Cruz celebrated its Canadian launch at an exclusive Toronto event held at Myth Restaurant. The event, hosted by The Social’s, Melissa Grelo and Jess Allen, showcased the apparel and footwear to some of Canada’s top influencers and media personalities.
The collection features bold colours which are on trend this year, along with the always popular animal prints. Footwear pieces include heeled court shoes; loafers; heeled sandals and sneakers. The outerwear selections include trench coats and lightweight jackets. The trench coats are predominantly crafted from recycled sustainable fabrics.
