It’s the New Year and we are looking for ways to eat healthier (and greener).  A fresh start is what we need — and Wholly Veggie is on a mission to get more veggies onto our plates.

There is something for everyone, as every product is soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and Non-GMO. The company was co-founded by Montreal native David Gaucher, who was on a mission to create nourishing products to feed his family, and the whole planet. Wholly Veggie patties are fully cooked – all you have to do is just to heat them up and eat them! We love them as a meal option because it’s an easy way to get veggies on your plate, and is especially practical for the evenings when you don’t want to cook an elaborate meal.  Best of all, they aren’t trying to hide the flavours of the vegetables – they are enhancing them with delicious, complimentary flavours.
