The right home office chair will minimize back pain and discomfort.  “The main reason behind this is that sitting, in an office chair or in general, is a static posture that increases stress in the back, shoulders, arms, and legs, and in particular, can add large amounts of pressure to the back muscles and spinal discs.” (Source:Spine-Health.com). When picking the office chair for your home office, the first thing is to consider the height, width and depth. The key is to ensure there is lumbar support and swivel for easy reach to different areas of the desk without straining yourself. Armrests are also great to have. Make sure you consider the fabric of the home office chair to ensure easy maintenance. And yes, you can pick an awesome office chair to match your home decor.

#1 The Budget Desk Chair with Minimal Frills

This is a basic computer chair that has a contour black contoured mesh back for support and breathability. The pneumatic seat-height adjustment (regulates height of chair relative to floor); 2-inch-thick padded seat for added comfort.
