With the beauty and hair market constantly releasing new and exciting products, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. That’s why the DIVINE editorial team decided to try the most popular newbies for you! From tools to products, we’ve narrowed it down to the hair products that we fell in love with. Take a look!

Caroline Élie, Editor-In-Chief

John Frieda Luxurious Volume Perfectly Full Volumizing Mousse

This miracle in a bottle is perfect for those who are always looking for a little something on days where you want to enhance your natural hair. Light and easy to use, this mousse gives my hair the most natural and subtle hint of volume, without heavying it down – or making it greasy, which is the most important part!

John Frieda Luxurious Volume Perfectly Full Volumizing Mousse, $9.97.

Goldwell Kerasilk Intense Smoothing Mask

I’ve recently rediscovered this brand, and this mask is an absolute lifesaver for frizzy mornings when you need to smoothen out your hair. Although not a new product, it definitely does not get nearly as much recognition as it should! The entire Goldwell Kerasilk line has always been a favorite of mine, and this mask definitely lived up to my expectations.

DESIGN.ME FAB.ME Spray

This release has quickly become a holy grail, with its 18 benefits and adorable packaging. This spray (when applied on damp hair) volumizes, untangles, hydrates, and gives the hair an overall healthier look without added weight. For mornings where you don’t have time to style your hair, a few spritz of this after a shower will make it look like you spent a few hours at a salon.

DESIGN.ME FAB.ME Spray, $24.50.

Hair Brush

Little known secret: hair tools are often more important than products, if you want a healthy mane. Choosing the right brushes is crucial to avoid breakage, especially with wet hair (which is a lot more sensitive than dry hair!).  Pick a brush that will work for your hair care needs – this one works for long, tangled hair.

Wet Brush BackBar Detangler Pink – $19.95 at Trade Secrets

OGX Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo

While the brand has been around for a while, this new edition of a fan-favorite shampoo is perfect if you need a little help with damaged hair. After a few washes only, my hair (especially the dyed areas) felt significantly softer and looked less dry. Make sure to cleanse it properly, however, as the coconut residues can make your hair feel greasy!

DESIGN.ME POWERDRY.ME Spray

I loved the Power Dry Me by DESIGN.ME, which is a drying mist. After applying it on my hair, the time it took for it to dry was noticeable – and the effects too! Whereas it takes me so much time to blow dry my mane, I definitely noticed a subtle difference, especially because I have a lot of hair.

DESIGN.ME POWERDRY.ME Spray, $22.00.

Hair Food Kiwi Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner

This product is a new favorite of mine! Not only does it smell delicious, the pump is so easy and practical to use and produces just the right amount of product for your hair. The complementary conditioner, used in moderation, helps keep my hair silky and soft, and the added volume in my hair is definitely noticeable, because I have having flat hair.

Hair Food Kiwi Shampoo, $13.37
