There’s nothing better than a brand new launch from Apple to make the month of March a little more exciting! Once again, the brand is setting the bar high by launching the new MacBook Air, now equipped with the powerful M3 chip. This latest version of MacBook Air features a range of enhancements designed to meet the diverse needs of users around the world.

The new M3 chip makes this latest version of MacBook Air up to 60 percent faster than the M1-powered model, and up to 13 times faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Air. With a faster and more efficient Neural Engine contained in the M3 chip, this MacBook Air positions itself as the world’s best consumer laptop when it comes to breakthroughs in the field of artificial intelligence.

We were lucky enough to get our hands on one of the first devices of the new line to hit the market. Here are our impressions.

A Perfect Format

One of the standout features of the MacBook Air lineup is its versatility in terms of size, which caters to different preferences. Available in 13- and 15-inch sizes, both models of the new MacBook Air feature durable aluminum casing that not only exudes premium craftsmanship, but also ensures unparalleled longevity. What’s even more fascinating is that despite their rugged build, these laptops remain incredibly light and thin, measuring less than half an inch thick. The 13-inch model focuses on portability, while the 15-inch version offers a larger screen, ideal for multitasking and content creation.

Precision display

Thanks to its amazing Liquid Retina technology, the MacBook Air’s display is nothing short of stunning. Available in 13.6-inch or 15.3-inch variants, these displays offer state-of-the-art brightness and join nearly a billion colors, delivering vivid images and exceptional detail. With up to 2x the resolution of comparable laptops, content is razor-sharp, making every image and text stand out clearly.

Two sockets for external displays

For users who demand maximum productivity, MacBook Air with M3 chip now supports up to two external displays simultaneously. This feature is great news for professionals and businesses who prioritize working on multiple screens in order to effectively juggle various applications and documents. With seamless connectivity, users can now expand their workspace and improve performance with ease.

Camera, microphones, and keyboard of choice

In the age of remote work and virtual meetings, the MacBook Air’s camera, microphones, and speakers are essential. The 1080p FaceTime HD camera ensures crystal clear video calls, allowing you to look your best in virtual meetings. With a three-microphone array and improved voice clarity, the audio quality is equally impressive, ensuring clear communication in any environment. Finally, the MacBook Air with M3 chip is equipped with the famous Magic Keyboard, known for its comfort, responsiveness and quiet operation. Touch ID is a convenient and secure way for users to unlock their MacBooks, authenticate apps, and make purchases with Apple Pay, all with a single tap!

You can find more details on the new MacBook Air with M3 Chip online and in stores.
