Uri Poliavich’s professional path moved from legal and business work toward building digital technology and internal engineering capabilities. Uri Poliavich’s approach focuses on proprietary infrastructure, modular architecture, adaptable components, and direct control over product development. This model connects business strategy with technology decisions and treats digital infrastructure as a long–term business capability.

From Business Development to Technology Entrepreneurship

From Legal Education to Business Development

Uri Poliavich holds an LLB degree from Bar–Ilan University, providing an analytical foundation for his later work in business. After completing an internship at HBW Law, Uri Poliavich participated in business projects between 2013 and 2015. During this period, he moved toward international business development, financial planning, negotiations with key counterparties, and operational management.

Moving Toward Technology

This transition toward technology entrepreneurship developed from legal knowledge and business experience. Instead of treating technology only as an external resource, Uri Poliavich focused on how digital infrastructure could become part of the organization’s own development model. He saw internal technology as a way to connect business requirements with product architecture and strategic planning. Uri Poliavich’s approach therefore links entrepreneurship with engineering and product architecture. The focus is not only on creating software but also on developing internal capability to shape it over time.

Technology as a Business Capability

For Uri Poliavich, technology is connected with how a business organizes its future development. A digital platform can provide a structure where components are added, adjusted, and improved as requirements change. Uri Poliavich’s approach gives technology a direct role in business planning. A platform can evolve with products, internal priorities, and technical requirements while remaining organized around a common structure.

Why Proprietary Digital Infrastructure Matters

The Idea of an Internal Platform

Uri Poliavich founded his technology business in 2016 around the development of proprietary digital infrastructure. The platform concept was designed as a modular structure supporting different components over time. This gives Uri Poliavich a framework for developing technology continuously, with individual elements capable of changing without requiring the entire structure to be rebuilt.

Greater Control Over Product Direction

Internal development can give an organization greater influence over architecture, priorities and product evolution. Uri Poliavich’s technology approach connects these areas by keeping core development within dedicated engineering teams. Technical decisions can then be reviewed against business objectives and an internal development roadmap.

Modular Architecture and Flexible Technology

Components That Can Evolve

A modular platform separates functions into components that can be developed and changed independently. Uri Poliavich’s approach uses this structure to support flexibility. When one component needs improvement, it can be adjusted without automatically requiring changes across the entire platform. This creates a more organized way to manage technical development and allows different engineering tasks to move at different speeds.

Integrating Different Services

A modular platform breaks the functions into components that can be developed and changed independently. Uri Poliavich’s approach takes advantage of this structure to promote flexibility. If one component needs improvement, it can be tweaked without automatically requiring changes across the entire platform. It gives a more structured approach to managing technical development and allows different engineering work to go at different speeds.

Adapting to Business Requirements

A platform can combine various digital services in a single structured environment. Within the larger structure are descriptions of analytics, content catalogs, and other services. Focus on modularity keeps these functions separate in an interconnected system. This helps with coordination and provides technical teams with a better understanding of how components fit together.

Engineering Teams and Technology Independence

Investing in Internal Expertise

Uri Poliavich’s modular approach is meant to allow changes without requiring that every adjustment be a full platform redesign. Components can be added, changed, or replaced in the larger structure. Flexibility allows technical teams to respond while the core infrastructure stays in place.

Research and Development as a Long–Term Function

Uri Poliavich’s technology approach also connects internal engineering with continued research and development. Teams can test improvements, explore new technical solutions, and adjust components as requirements change. This creates an ongoing development cycle rather than a one–time technology project.

Independence Through Internal Capabilities

Technology independence does not mean rejecting every external service. For Uri Poliavich it means having enough internal capability to control core digital infrastructure and make informed technical decisions. Internal teams can determine priorities, coordinate architecture, and continue development according to organizational needs.

Uri Poliavich’s Technology Entrepreneurship in Practice

Building a Flexible Development Model

Uri Poliavich’s entrepreneurship is centered on creating a technology structure that can develop over time. A modular platform provides a foundation for adding functions, changing components and connecting services. This model allows the organization to treat technology as a continuously evolving asset rather than a fixed product.

Technology Independence as a Development Strategy

Linking Architecture With Strategy

Technology architecture can influence how quickly an organization responds to changing requirements. Uri Poliavich’s model links architecture with strategy by keeping core development close to business planning. This keeps technical decisions connected with business priorities as requirements change.

Supporting Continuous Product Evolution

Uri Poliavich treats digital infrastructure as something that can continue to develop after its initial creation. New components can be integrated, functions changed, and the structure improved through ongoing work. This approach allows product development to remain connected with technical development and changing business needs.

A Long–Term View of Technology Entrepreneurship

Uri Poliavich’s technology entrepreneurship is based on the idea that internal digital capability can support long–term development. The business now operates across 23 markets, giving the platform an international operating context. Proprietary infrastructure, modular architecture, engineering expertise, and flexible development processes work together within this model. Uri Poliavich’s approach therefore places technology independence at the center of a business structure designed to evolve through internal knowledge, adaptable systems, and strategic planning.
