Since the global pandemic, an increasing number of people are experiencing mental health concerns, with anxiety being a notable issue. Recent research shows that 46 percent of Gen Zer’s and 41 percent of Millennials are constantly stressed.

In times of uncertainty, external factors often contribute to anxious feelings. However, when we thoroughly examine the situation, the anxiety usually decreases or disappears altogether.

Sometimes the position of planets can hurt people. According to a professional astrologer, your current emotions may be attributed to the malefic Ketu, which is responsible for generating negativity. Yodha astrologer Shivaraj Regmi explains that when the Sun is positioned in either Libra, Aquarius, or Capricorn, people with these ascendants often experience feelings of anxiety, stress, and hesitancy, along with a general lack of self-confidence. While these emotions are normal, it is important to keep in mind that they may not help make important life decisions, as the fear of failure could potentially lead to future complications.

For instance, if your partner begins behaving strangely distant and aloof, it doesn’t necessarily indicate that they are involved with someone else. It could be attributed to the influence of planetary movements on their particular zodiac sign. If your significant other is a Cancer and Mars has entered their sign, they are more likely to exhibit passive-aggressive tendencies. It is crucial to consider this aspect and remain patient when dealing with them.
