If you’ve ever been guilty of sneaking your favourite condiments into your carry-on (no judgment here), HEINZ and Herschel Supply have just launched a travel collection that gets it. The two iconic brands, both with tied to Canada, have teamed up to create limited-edition luggage that brings together function, fashion, and a touch of flavour.

Inspired by the surprising number of Gen Z and Millennials who pack their own condiments when travelling, the new Herschel x HEINZ collection is designed for those who like their adventures with a side of personality. The collaboration reimagines Herschel’s best-selling Heritage Hardshell luggage in HEINZ’s unmistakable ketchup red, turning one of the world’s most beloved condiments into a bold travel statement.

There are two styles in the collection: the Heritage Hardshell Medium Luggage and the Heritage Hardshell Large Carry-On. The bags feature a zippered split interior, reinforced corners, and are made from 70% recycled polycarbonate that’s tough enough to handle turbulent trips and baggage carousels alike.

And yes, it’s the details that make this collaboration feel extra “HEINZ.” Think an interior print featuring ketchup packets, a “tear here” motif, and a custom removable belt and luggage tag shaped like the iconic HEINZ Ketchup packet. It’s a wink to fans who know that ketchup loyalty runs deep.

“While we know there are restrictions on what you can pack when travelling, we know our fans go to irrational lengths to make sure their favourite ketchup is with them everywhere they go,” says Kaitlin Kocsis, Brand Manager at HEINZ. “This collection offers Canadians a fun and functional way to bring HEINZ with them on-the-go so they never have to go without their beloved condiment.”

The collection is part of HEINZ’s global It Has to Be HEINZ campaign, celebrating the brand’s iconic status and the unwavering devotion of ketchup lovers everywhere. For Herschel, it’s another example of their design philosophy, creating durable, design-driven travel gear made for people who move through the world with purpose.

Whether you’re a diehard HEINZ Ketchup fan, who think that when it comes to ketchup, there are no other “kindz” or just someone who appreciates a good statement piece, this collection packs both flavour and function.
