The Butter Line from Physicians Formula
The brand is launching a line of products that takes on an exotic touch this season, including their new Butter Complex, which promises to hydrate the skin instead of drying it out (which is what makeup is often criticized for!). The products seem to be straight out of a tropical island, making us want to bask with a pina colada, and the formulas are as effective as ever, giving us the sun-kissed natural look that we all dream of! Among our favorites, there’s the Matte Monoi Bronzer, a summer essential, the Putty Primer, which leaves our skin smooth and soft and the Butter Blowout mascara, which gives our lashes a magnified look. MILK Makeup
New on our radar, the MILK beauty line, which offers clean (paraben free, PETA approved, vegan) colourful products. They a make us want to have fun with our skincare, makeup and recreate colourful looks with a punch. The brand, available at Sephora in Canada, is launching a Glossy Glow set this spring including essentials for a basic dewy look. We also like all the stick formulas (foundation, lip blush + cheek, and more). Definitely a brand to try.
Guerlain Terracotta Powder
The brand’s classic is getting a makeover this season! Guerlain’s Terracotta Powder is now made with 96% natural ingredients. The powder, which gives us that sun-kissed look we love so much, contains argan oil, which will keep the skin hydrated for hours. The case has a mirror, which makes application even easier, and the powder is available in different shades that are suitable for all skin tones. An essential for summer!
Eaze Drop by Fenty
Beauty fans are under the spell of the new skin tint, Eaze Drop from Fenty, the popular makeup brand launched by Rihanna. The lightweight fluid provides just enough coverage for those who desire a fresh, natural look, or it can be layered for more coverage if desired. With over 20 different shades, the new Eaze Drop is already out of stock! Shall we put this on our loves list?
Burt’s Bees Tinted Balms
The brand advocates for the use of ingredients from nature, recyclable packaging and are not tested on animals. As we know, Burt’s Bees is delivers products that are gentle on the skin and on nature, and this season, we are obsessed with their new tinted balms, the Squeezy Tinted Balm! A new launch that will appeal to all fans of Bite Beauty! The brand has finally launched a creamy blush that is not only clean, but also easy to apply, long-lasting and has a multi-use formula. We’re obsessed! The product can also be applied to the eyes, making it a must-have in our beauty bag. Daycation blush comes in four different shades and can be found online or at Sephora.
