Shoppers Beauty+ Events are some of the most exciting on our calendars. We were treated to a sneak peek of upcoming new launches, a reminder of tried and true favourites and learn what needs to be on our holiday list. We get to test some of the latest products, and share them with you, our fabulous DIVINISTAS. At Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix from now until October 3, 2025, you will get bonus PC Optimum Points (the best loyalty program in Canada in our humble opinion) on some of your favourite brands.
Now, check out some of our favourite products that were showcased at the Shoppers Beauty+ Event:
Clinique Happy Perfume Spray – 50ml – $103.00

Clinique Happy is returning to Shoppers Drug Mart this month! Fragrance sales are continuing to increase thanks to Gen Z, but no matter your age, we love this perfume. It features top notes of ruby red grapefruit, mandarin, bergamot; middle notes of Hawaiian wedding flower, morning dew orchid; and base notes of mimosa, transparent wood accord. It is a lively citrus and will give you that dose of dopamine even in the gloomiest of weather. This tried and true fragrance is a must for people building a fragrance collection.
Buy NowWatier Perfection Glow-Boosting Tinted Serum – $62.00

If you like a lighter, more glowy, skin-like finish, Watier Perfection is ideal for you. It lays down beautifully and makes you look your glowing, natural best. If you have dull or mature skin, this will work well for you. Watier is a Canadian brand so if you want luxury and to still support home grown brands, this is a great product to pick up.
DIVINE Tip: Apply with a dense foundation brush for best results.
Buy NowMilani Keep It Full Glossy Plumping Balm – $25.49

Milani makes some of the best beauty products at the drugstore including their blush and eye primer. Their Keep It Full Glossy Plumping Balm is no different. It tingles a bit, but isn’t as painful as some other lip plumpers. It lasts and has nice colour unlike many tints which have little to no payoff. The only caveat is that it is at the higher end of drug store prices. Our tip – shop when Shoppers Drug Mart has bonus PC Optimum points or if it goes on sale, which it will.
Buy NowE.L.F Cosmetics Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balm – $12.99

E.L.F Cosmetics is another brand that has some of the best products at the drug store, including their makeup brushes. We tested their latest Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balm. With 2% shea butter, 5% mango butter, 3% cocoa butter, 1% hyaluronic acid blend it was hydrating with a hint of colour. It has a soft strawberry scent that isn’t overpowering. If you don’t like plumping lip balms or opaque colour, put this on your shopping list.
Buy NowNaked Sundays CabanaClear Water Gel Serum – $24.99

Naked Sundays CabanaClear Water Gel Serum is another tried and true favourite. It is an SPF 50 facial sunscreen. It is lightweight and yes, hydrating, but what we love best about it is that it doesn’t burn your eyes on those hot, humid days. In the winter, it helps prevent flakey skin, and in the summer, it offers no more tears sun protect. It is also travel friendly.
Buy NowCurel Intensive Moisture Facial Cream – $29.99

Our final entry for the items that we tried from the Shoppers Beauty+ Event is Curel Intensive Moisture Facial Cream. We are always on the hunt for moisturizers that work for sensitive skin and this did not cause a reaction. It’s a good, every day moisturizer that absorbs easily into your skin. Curel is the #1 sensitive skincare line in Japan, and it very well may take the top spot in Canada too. We are going to be testing the full line – stay tuned for the upcoming review.
Buy NowFrom fragrance and makeup to SPF and skincare staples, this year’s Shoppers Beauty+ Event delivered something for every beauty lover. With bonus PC Optimum Points on top picks, it’s the perfect time to refresh your routine and maybe even start your holiday shopping early.
