{"id":1603504,"date":"2020-12-02T22:15:37","date_gmt":"2020-12-03T03:15:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/?p=1603504"},"modified":"2020-12-02T22:15:37","modified_gmt":"2020-12-03T03:15:37","slug":"hoppin-john-au-dindon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/fr\/hoppin-john-au-dindon\/","title":{"rendered":"Hoppin\u2019 John au dindon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Portions : 6<\/p>\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 1 jour +15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Temps de cuisson\u00a0: 45 minutes<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ingredients\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>-2 tasses de haricots rouges s\u00e9ch\u00e9s ou de pois noirs s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>-6 \u00e0 8 tasses d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<p>-1 feuille de laurier<\/p>\n<p>-2 brins de thym frais<\/p>\n<p>-1 cou de dindon<\/p>\n<p>-\u00bd piment Scotch Bonnet<\/p>\n<p>-1 c. \u00e0 soupe de sel<\/p>\n<p>-2 tasses de courge kabocha<\/p>\n<p>-1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 d\u2019huile<\/p>\n<p>-1 c. \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/p>\n<p>-2 c. \u00e0 soupe de persil frais hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>-2 tasses de chou fris\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>-\u00bc tasse de cr\u00e8me de noix de coco<\/p>\n<p>-1 tasse de tomates en d\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-\u00bd tasse d\u2019oignons verts hach\u00e9s<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"preparation\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1)Placer 2 tasses de haricots dans un bol et couvrir d\u2019eau pour laisser tremper toute la nuit.<\/p>\n<p>2) Le lendemain, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400 degr\u00e9s F. \u00c9goutter les haricots et garder 2 tasses de haricots tremp\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>3) D\u00e9poser les haricots, la feuille de laurier, le thym, le cou <a href=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/fr\/fricassee-au-pain-de-mais-et-au-dindon-dinspiration-sud-americaine\/\">de dindon<\/a>, le piment Scotch Bonnet et le sel dans une casserole et couvrir de 6 \u00e0 8 tasses d\u2019eau. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis recouvrir d\u2019un couvercle et baisser \u00e0 feu moyen et laisser cuire les haricots jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres.<\/p>\n<p>4) Peler et couper la courge en cubes de \u00bd pouce, enrober d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et d\u2019une pinc\u00e9e de sel et faire r\u00f4tir au four sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier parchemin.<\/p>\n<p>5) Une fois cuite, transf\u00e9rer la courge dans un bol et m\u00e9langer avec le miel et le persil frais, puis r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>6) Laver et retirer les feuilles des tiges du chou fris\u00e9, hacher grossi\u00e8rement et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>7) Retirer le cou de dindon, le piment Scotch Bonnet, la feuille de laurier et les brins de thym de la casserole, effilocher la viande du cou et jeter les os. Verser la cr\u00e8me de noix de coco et les tomates hach\u00e9es dans la casserole et laisser r\u00e9duire en une sauce \u00e9paisse. Transf\u00e9rer le chou fris\u00e9 et la courge dans la casserole et rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement, si n\u00e9cessaire.
