{"id":1603249,"date":"2020-11-10T10:25:19","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T15:25:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/?p=1603249"},"modified":"2020-11-10T10:25:19","modified_gmt":"2020-11-10T15:25:19","slug":"fricassee-au-pain-de-mais-et-au-dindon-dinspiration-sud-americaine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/fr\/fricassee-au-pain-de-mais-et-au-dindon-dinspiration-sud-americaine\/","title":{"rendered":"Fricass\u00e9e au pain de ma\u00efs et au dindon d\u2019inspiration sud-am\u00e9ricaine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Portions :<\/strong> 6<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de cuisson\u00a0:<\/strong> 30 \u00e0 35 minutes<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ingredients\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n<p>-4 c. \u00e0 soupe de beurre, plus \u00bc tasse de beurre fondu<\/p>\n<p>-1 oignon blanc, hach\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement<\/p>\n<p>-1 poivron rouge, hach\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement<\/p>\n<p>-1 \u00bd tasse de ma\u00efs frais ou surgel\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>-2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p>-1 c. \u00e0 soupe de sauge hach\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>-1 c. \u00e0 soupe de romarin hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>-1 c. \u00e0 soupe de romarin hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>-1\/4 tasse de persil frais hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>-2 tasses de <a href=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/fr\/bouillon-de-dindon\/\">restes de dindon<\/a> (coup\u00e9s en cubes) et de bouillon<\/p>\n<p>-1 miche de pain de ma\u00efs jaune de grosseur moyenne du commerce, refroidie et \u00e9miett\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>-1\/2 \u00e0 \u00be tasse de bouillon de dindon ou de l\u00e9gumes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-1\/3 tasse de ciboulette tranch\u00e9e<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"preparation\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n<p>1) Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375 degr\u00e9s F.<\/p>\n<p>2) Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer le beurre et sauter l\u2019oignon, le poivron et le ma\u00efs jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient translucides. Ajouter le sel et les fines herbes.<\/p>\n<p>3) Une fois l\u2019oignon translucide, ajouter les restes de dindon et verser le reste de sauce dans la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p>4) Incorporer lentement et compl\u00e8tement le pain de ma\u00efs \u00e9miett\u00e9 dans la po\u00eale. Ajouter le bouillon pour humecter le tout.<\/p>\n<p>5) Cuire \u00e0 feu doux, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le bouillon soit compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9. Assaisonner au go\u00fbt, si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>6) Transf\u00e9rer la fricass\u00e9e dans une r\u00f4tissoire et verser le reste du beurre sur le dessus pour le faire brunir. Garnir de ciboulette et servir imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"conseil\">CONSEIL :<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous pouvez vous procurer du ma\u00efs frais, garder les cosses et transf\u00e9rer la fricass\u00e9e dans les cosses, puis faire cuire le tout dans une r\u00f4tissoire.
