Notre c\u0153ur aurait envie d\u2019un bol de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e ou d\u2019un sac de croustilles, mais il y a d\u2019autres solutions beaucoup plus saines qui sauront combler votre faim. Par exemple, un petit bol de popcorn nature sans sel si beurre peut assouvir votre envie, sinon, pensez \u00e0 garder quelques f\u00e8ves de type edamame au cong\u00e9lo et pr\u00e9parez-les en soir\u00e9e. Mis\u00e8re! Si le sac de croustilles nous appelle, on se dirige plut\u00f4t vers une poign\u00e9e de noix comme des amandes. On&nbsp; grignote une barre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique avant de partir, ou encore, on la tra\u00eene avec nous pour les en-cas! Regardez bien les glucides contenues dans les barres d\u2019avoine et assurez-vous que la collation vous fournira de bons gras pour l\u2019effort physique \u00e0 venir.
