Cassey nous fait d\u00e9couvrir sa m\u00e9thode POP pilates, qui combine le pilates \u00e0 de la musique rythm\u00e9e, et propose plusieurs courts entra\u00eenements de quelques minutes \u00e0 peine, parfaits pour \u00eatre combin\u00e9s lors d\u2019une s\u00e9ance \u00e0 la maison.
