La belle, originaire de l\u2019Australie, \u00e9tait de passage pour nous faire tester sa technique de Power Yoga\u00a0: la Vertue Method, en collaboration avec Winners. Bien plus qu\u2019un entra\u00eenement, c\u2019est avant tout un mode de vie. Pourquoi aime-t-on tant cette adepte du fitness \u00e0 la crini\u00e8re boucl\u00e9e? Elle croit fermement qu\u2019il faut cesser de miser sur un corps parfait, et plut\u00f4t aspirer \u00e0 \u00eatre bien dans sa peau; se sentir \u00e9nergique et en forme, c\u2019est \u00e7a la cl\u00e9 apr\u00e8s tout! Une technique de mise en forme qui combine m\u00e9ditation, le yoga Vinyasa, HIIT ainsi que le renforcement des muscles fessiers. Pour l\u2019avoir test\u00e9, je peux affirmer que cette m\u00e9thode est \u00e0 la fois \u00e9nergisante et relaxante, mais elle est aussi exigeante! J\u2019ai tellement aim\u00e9 mon exp\u00e9rience et ma rencontre avec Shona que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre ses vid\u00e9os en ligne (son compte youtube est rempli de super vid\u00e9os!).
