L\u2019hiver semble rester plus longtemps qu\u2019il le devrait. En autre mots nous avons tous besoins de soleil. On est peut-\u00eatre pas capable de vous amenez le soleil, mais on peut vous faire sentir au chaud et confortable avec cette soupe Minestrone aux l\u00e9gumes. Il y a plusieurs variantes de cette soupe originaire d\u2019Italie. La notre est remplis de l\u00e9gumes, riz et f\u00e8ves pour les prot\u00e9ines. Chaque fois qu\u2019on sens qu\u2019on a froid ou qu\u2019on est \u00e9puis\u00e9, on se remplis un bol de ce m\u00e9dicament et c\u2019est le rayon de soleil parfait dont on a besoin!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1595608\" src=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/soupe-minestrone-272-800x533.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/soupe-minestrone-272-800x533.jpg 800w, https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/soupe-minestrone-272-320x213.jpg 320w, https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/soupe-minestrone-272-560x373.jpg 560w, https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/soupe-minestrone-272-rotated.jpg 810w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ingredients\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 oignon m\u00e9dium<\/li>\n<li>2 branches de c\u00e9leri coup\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>3 carottes m\u00e9dium coup\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>12 tasses de bouillon de l\u00e9gume<\/li>\n<li>2 patates m\u00e9dium coup\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 canne de f\u00e8ve pinto ( ou f\u00e8ve cannellini ) \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>4 petites tomates coup\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de tomate<\/li>\n<li>2 feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd petit chou d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 m\u00e9dium courgettes coup\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse de riz Arborio<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de poivre fra\u00eechement moulu<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"instructions\">Instructions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Chauffez l\u2019huile dans une grande casserole et faire cuire l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils ramollissent.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes,c\u00e9leri,carottes, f\u00e8ves, tomate, p\u00e2te de tomate, patates, feuille de laurier et amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature, ajouter le sel et le poivre, faire cuire et couvrir pour 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la courgette, le chou, le riz et faire cuir sans couvrir pour environ 15-18 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz soit compl\u00e8tement cuit. Retirer la feuille de laurier.
