Ce sont des vrais festins autant pour les yeux que l\u2019estomac. Les bols Pok\u00e9 proviennent d&#8217;Hawaii o\u00f9, surplombant la base de grains, on y rajoute du poisson cru marin\u00e9, souvent le thon et un arc-en-ciel de l\u00e9gumes, le tout garni de sauces. Les bols Buddha h\u00e9ritent leur nom du ventre bien rond de Buddha. Ces bols sont remplis au bord de l\u00e9gumes, de noix, de l\u00e9gumineuses et de prot\u00e9ines au choix. C\u2019est cette petite montagne de nourriture qu\u2019on compare au ventre de Buddha! Cependant, l\u2019emphase de ce bol est d\u00e9finitivement mise sur les d\u00e9licieux cubes de tofu marin\u00e9 au beurre d\u2019arachide. Riche en prot\u00e9ine, le tofu contient des nutriments essentiels \u00e0 notre corps.
