Ajouter les graines de citrouille et cuire 1 min de plus.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand bol, piler les haricots \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les autres ingr\u00e9dients (sauf l&#8217;huile et les graines de s\u00e9same) et combiner le tout \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re de m\u00e9tal.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 30 min, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne ferme.<\/li>\n<li>Diviser le m\u00e9lange pour former 8 galettes.<\/li>\n<li>Placer les graines de s\u00e9same dans une petite assiette, et placer chaque galette dans celle-ci, pour enduire chaque face; r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, chauffer l&#8217;huile et faire sauter les burgers \u00e0 feu moyen 4 \u00e0 5 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
