{"id":1588185,"date":"2018-03-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-19T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/?p=1588185"},"modified":"2020-04-28T22:15:35","modified_gmt":"2020-04-29T02:15:35","slug":"recette-barres-energetiques-aux-pruneaux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/fr\/recette-barres-energetiques-aux-pruneaux\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette: Barres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques aux pruneaux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Donne 12 barres<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ingredients\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse (250ml) <a href=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/fr\/recette-delicieuses-boules-denergie-aux-pruneaux\/\">pruneaux de Californie<\/a>, hach\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bc tasses (550 ml) farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tasse (375 ml) flocons d&#8217;avoine \u00e0 l&#8217;ancienne<\/li>\n<li>4 c. \u00e0 table (60 ml) graines de tournesol<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) sel<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 tasse (175 ml)\u00a0 beurre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse (125 ml) cassonade fonc\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table (30 ml) sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"preparations\">Pr\u00e9parations:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375\u00b0F (190 \u00b0C).Graisser et doubler le fond d&#8217;un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de 9 po (23 cm) avec du papier parchemin.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser les pruneaux de Californie dans un robot culinaire ou un m\u00e9langeur avec 2 c. \u00e0 table (30 ml) d&#8217;eau. M\u00e9langer en pur\u00e9e. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol de taille moyenne, combiner la farine, les flocons d&#8217;avoine, les graines de tournesol et le sel<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, \u00e0 feu doux, faire fondre le beurre. Incorporer la cassonade et le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le m\u00e9lange de beurre dans le bol contenant les ingr\u00e9dients secs, et m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit combin\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Presser la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange au fond du moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser des cuiller\u00e9es de pur\u00e9e de pruneaux sur le m\u00e9lange, et l&#8217;\u00e9tendre soigneusement au couteau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la base soit compl\u00e8tement couverte. Couvrir la couche de pruneaux du reste du m\u00e9lange d&#8217;avoine.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire 25-30 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir 5 minutes, puis couper en 12 carr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un couteau tranchant. Laisser refroidir encore avant de retirer les carr\u00e9s.
