Ajouter lentement au m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base de ricotta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un troisi\u00e8me bol, battre les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la formation de pics fermes. Incorporer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs au m\u00e9lange de p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beurrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement une cr\u00eapi\u00e8re ou une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen. Verser environ \u00bc de tasse (60 ml) de p\u00e2te de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 former des petites cr\u00eapes et cuire de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les cr\u00eapes soient bien dor\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>SIROP DE BLEUETS\u00a0:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tasses de bleuets (750 ml) (frais ou surgel\u00e9s)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tasse (250\u00a0ml) d\u2019eau<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tasse (125\u00a0ml) de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5\u00a0ml) de vanille<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 \u00bd c. \u00e0 table (22\u00a0ml) de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dissoute dans 3 c. \u00e0 table (45 ml) d\u2019eau<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre 1 \u00bd tasse de bleuets dans une petite casserole. Couvrir d\u2019eau et ajouter le sucre et la vanille. Chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9, en remuant \u00e0 l\u2019occasion, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 faible \u00e9bullition, que le sucre soit dissout et que les bleuets commencent \u00e0 se d\u00e9faire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dissoute et amener le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 vive \u00e9bullition. Baisser le feu et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux de 2 \u00e0 3\u00a0minutes. Ajouter un peu d\u2019eau, une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 table (15 ml) la fois, si la sauce devient trop \u00e9paisse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retirer du feu. Ajouter les bleuets restants et remuer doucement.
