Transf\u00e9rer le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices et de noix sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie non recouverte. Griller pendant 10\u00a0minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les \u00e9pices et les noix soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es. Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un petit robot culinaire, hacher le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices et de noix, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les noix soient en miettes; r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une petite sauteuse \u00e0 feu moyen, r\u00e9chauffer l\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et cuire le bacon jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit croustillant, pendant environ 4\u00a0minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour servir\u00a0: Verser la quantit\u00e9 d\u00e9sir\u00e9e de yogourt aux fines herbes sur un pain naan grill\u00e9. Garnir avec une tranche de bacon cuite, quelques feuilles d\u2019\u00e9pinard et un \u0153uf poch\u00e9.
