Ajouter l&#8217;ail, le gingembre, le sel et le poivre; faire sauter le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la dinde soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement brunie.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de salade de chou; cuire, en brassant souvent, 5 \u00e0 7 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le chou soit fl\u00e9tri. Incorporer le riz cuit, la sauce soya et le vin de riz jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9. Ajouter les f\u00e8ves germ\u00e9es et les oignons verts; m\u00ealer pour r\u00e9chauffer le tout. Servir garni d&#8217;oignons verts et de lamelles de won-ton croustillantes (si d\u00e9sir\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Donne 4 \u00e0 6 portions.<\/p>\n<p>Conseils :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous pouvez vous procurer des lamelles de won-ton croustillantes vendues comme garnitures de salades.
