(5 mL) poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 t. (2 mL) bicarbonate de soude<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 t. (2 mL) cannelle moulue<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c. \u00e0 t. (1 mL) sel<\/li>\n<li>2 gros \u0153ufs battus<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 mL) cassonade<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tasse (50 mL) huile de canola<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 t. (5 mL) extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse (250 mL) bleuets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MODE DE PR\u00c9PARATION :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (180 \u00b0C). Huiler ou vaporiser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement 12 coupes \u00e0 muffins d\u2019un a\u00e9rosol de cuisson antiadh\u00e9sif et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la garniture, m\u00e9langer la farine, le germe de bl\u00e9 et la cassonade dans un bol. Ajouter l\u2019huile et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les ingr\u00e9dients secs soient bien enduits d\u2019huile. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, fouetter la farine, le germe de bl\u00e9, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le bicarbonate de soude, la cannelle et le sel dans un grand bol.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs, les coupes de collations aux fruits, la cassonade, l\u2019huile et la vanille dans un bol s\u00e9par\u00e9 et fouetter le tout jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance homog\u00e8ne. Verser les ingr\u00e9dients liquides sur les ingr\u00e9dients secs et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance humide. Incorporer les bleuets en remuant doucement.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re dans les coupes \u00e0 muffins pr\u00e9par\u00e9es. Disposer la garniture uniform\u00e9ment sur les muffins, en utilisant le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re pour faire p\u00e9n\u00e9trer d\u00e9licatement la garniture dans la p\u00e2te.
