MasterChef Canada<\/span><\/i> runner-up and Food Network Canada host Andy Hay starts with a Whipped Feta Cranberry Dip, blending cranberry sauce with feta and cream cheese before topping it with more cranberry sauce, honey and chili flakes. Add grilled pita and the pre-BBQ snacking is handled.<\/span><\/p>\n

Food Network Rebel Without a Kitchen host and cookbook author Matt Basile turns Ocean Spray<\/a> sauce into a sticky glaze for Cranberry-Glazed Pork Chops, then pairs it with onion jam and creamy brie on his Tavern Burgers. His Gochujang Beef Ribs with Cranberry-Kimchi Slaw take it somewhere completely different, using cranberry\u2019s sweet-tart punch to play off rich beef and fiery Korean-inspired flavours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Female grillmaster Kara Quigley, recipe developer behind Scale and Tailor, keeps the can moving. Cranberry becomes a bright Summer Salad Dressing, a sticky glaze for Cranberry-Maple Chicken Wings, then heads to dessert inside golden Cranberry Cream Cheese Wontons.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dip it. Dress it. Glaze it. Sauce it. Even save it for dessert.<\/span><\/p>\n
