It is the comprehensive guide to Canada\u2019s exciting food scene. Canada&#8217;s culinary scene has evolved over the last ten years. But it\u2019s the diversity of culinary influences on the plate that is more and more our signature. Chefs are showing pride in their culinary heritage wherever they&#8217;re from. And that confidence and generosity are making dining out here more interesting all the time.
