Now, for the Urban Salad recipe:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1608522\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1608522\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1608522\" src=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Chef-Pravin-Bagali-1.jpg\" alt=\"Urban Salad: Chef Pravin Bagali\" width=\"640\" height=\"912\" srcset=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Chef-Pravin-Bagali-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Chef-Pravin-Bagali-1-320x456.jpg 320w, https:\/\/divine.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Chef-Pravin-Bagali-1-560x798.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1608522\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Chef Pravin Bagali<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 id=\"ingredients\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<p>Mixed greens \u2013 04 oz<br \/>\nShaved vegetables (carrots, radish and candied beets) \u2013 01 oz<br \/>\nCandied pecans .5 oz<br \/>\nPreserved lemon vinaigrette<br \/>\nParmesan aioli &#8211; drizzle<br \/>\nMixed greens tossed with preserved lemon vinaigrette and shaved vegetables<br \/>\nCandied pecans on top<br \/>\nDrizzled with parmesan aioli<br \/>\nNote that the Urban salad can be served with grilled Chicken breast or roasted Cajun salmon<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"allergens\">Allergens:<\/h2>\n<p>-Dairy<br \/>\n-Nut<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"preserved-lemon-vinaigrette\">Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette<\/h2>\n<p>lemon juice- .05 ml<br \/>\nWhite Italian condiment .25 ml<br \/>\nPreserved lemons, rind only, finely chopped \u2013 5 pcs<br \/>\nCloves minced garlic-3 pcs<br \/>\nDijon- 1 tbspn<br \/>\nKosher salt<br \/>\nSugar- \u00bd tbspn<br \/>\nOlive oil- .25 ml<br \/>\nCanola oil- .25 ml<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"method\">Method:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Place all ingredients except the oil in bowl and mix<\/li>\n<li>While mixing, add the oil slowly in steady stream until its fully incorporated<\/li>\n<li>Season to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"parmesan-aioli\">Parmesan Aioli<\/h2>\n<p>Mayonnaise \u00bd cup<br \/>\nGrated parmesan \u00bc cup<br \/>\nMedium cloves of roasted garlic- 03 pcs<br \/>\nOlive oil- \u00bd tbspn<br \/>\nKozliks mustard &#8211; .25 tbsp<br \/>\nGreen Lime -5 ml<br \/>\nBlack pepper<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"method-2\">Method<\/h2>\n<p>To make roasted garlic:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 375F, rub the garlic cloves with olive oil, salt and pepper.
