There is nothing better than hot dogs at a ball game is there? Well, you are partly right. Watch the big game and enjoy Jennifer Crawford’s<\/a> Turkey in a Blanket. They are an easy, more fun take on the ball park favourite. Turkey in a Blanket<\/a> makes for a great winter snack – it’s the perfect comfort food.<\/p>\n

Serves:<\/strong> 4 appetizers<\/p>\n

Prep time:<\/strong> 5 mins<\/p>\n

Cooking Time:<\/strong> 12 mins<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

-8 turkey pepperoni sticks<\/p>\n

-1\/2 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese<\/p>\n

– 1 can store-bought croissant dough<\/p>\n

– 2 Tbsp poppy seeds<\/p>\n

To serve<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n

-4 Tbsp hot mustard<\/p>\n

-4 Tbsp grainy mustard<\/p>\n

-2 Tbsp mayo<\/p>\n

-2 Tbsp Sriracha<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. Unroll the croissant dough and cut into 8 triangles.<\/li>\n
  2. Layer the shredded cheese over one end, and lay the pepperoni stick on top.<\/li>\n
  3. Roll them up, making sure the end of the triangle is tucked under before baking.<\/li>\n
  4. Sprinkle evenly with poppy seeds.<\/li>\n
  5. Bake in a 375F oven for 13 minutes, or until golden brown.<\/li>\n
  6. While baking, mix the sriracha and mayo together, and arrange your dips in bowls or on a plate.<\/li>\n
  7. Serve hot out of the oven!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    TIP: <\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Feel free to try stuffing with other kinds of medium-hard cheese, topping with other seeds (such as sesame), and use whatever your favourite dipping sauces are!<\/p>\n
