Yves Beet Burgers<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup (125 mL) vegan mayonnaise<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. (10 mL) Gochujang chili paste<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. (2 mL) toasted sesame seed oil<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup (125 mL) pre-made Kimchi<\/p>\n<p>1 small avocado, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>2 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>Handful of fresh cilantro leaves<\/p>\n<p>4 burger buns, toasted<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"directions\"><strong>Directions <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cook <a href=\"http:\/\/yvesveggie.com\/en\/products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yves<\/a> patties according to package directions.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, Gochujang chili paste and \u00a0sesame oil; set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assemble Burger:<\/strong> Place eight slices of baby cucumber onto bottom, top with one cooked patty, \u00bc of a sliced avocado, 2 tbsp. of kimchi and a few cilantro leaves. Spread desired amount of chili mayonnaise on the underside of the top bun and place on top of the cilantro.
