{"id":1592381,"date":"2017-02-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-02-10T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/?p=1592381"},"modified":"2020-09-11T21:09:36","modified_gmt":"2020-09-12T01:09:36","slug":"double-almond-chocolate-chip-cookies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/en\/double-almond-chocolate-chip-cookies\/","title":{"rendered":"Double Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"pk-dropcap pk-dropcap-borders\">These double almond chocolate chip cookies are delicious and gluten-free.\u00a0 Developed by Elana Amsterdam, author of \u00a0&#8220;The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook&#8221; &#8211; you will never miss the flour.\u00a0 Easy to make and even easier to eat, <a href=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/en\/recipe-gluten-free-double-chocolate-walnut-cookies\/\">enjoy for dessert<\/a>, or use as a post workout snack to boost your energy.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ingredients\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p>2 1\/2 cups almond flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 baking soda<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup grapseed oil<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup agave nectar<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon vanilla<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup dark chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup sliced almonds<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"preparation\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl, combine grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla. Add to the almond flour mixture and mix until thoroughly combined. Fold in chocolate chips and almonds.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon dough one heaping tablespoon at a time onto baking sheet, and press down to flatten.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until lightly golden.
