It is also what we will see at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.victoriassecret.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Victoria&#8217;s Secret<\/a>, with\u00a0the brand new styles\u00a0from their Body by Victoria collection.\u00a0 Angel Jasmine Tookes was in Vancouver last week for the launch and we had a chance to ask her some questions! I love wearing inner-wear like lingerie as outerwear.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"what-is-your-everyday-bra\">What is your everyday bra?<\/h4>\n<p>JT: I have a couple, I alternate between the T-shirt bra and the Body by Victoria bra.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"how-do-you-choose-the-right-bra-for-you\">How do you choose the right bra for you?<\/h4>\n<p>JT: It all starts with finding the right fit! I had to get properly fitted in order to find out which style of bras I preferred. From there, I discovered that it depends on what I\u2019m wearing. If I\u2019m just wearing a basic t-shirt then I\u2019ll have the T-shirt bra underneath or if I want to show my bra off a little bit then I\u2019ll have one that has more lace or sparkles like the ones from the NEW <a href=\"https:\/\/www.victoriassecret.ca\/newarrivals\/body-by-victoria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Body by Victoria<\/a> collection.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"what-do-you-do-to-stay-in-shape\">What do you do to stay in shape?<\/h4>\n<p>JT: I work out three to five times a week and it has just become a huge part of my lifestyle and it\u2019s fun for me. Me and a lot of the girls workout together and\u00a0take classes to stay in shape.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"is-there-a-new-workout-that-is-popular-amongst-the-vs-angels-how-do-you-stay-disciplined-and-stick-with-your-routine\">Is there a new workout that is popular amongst the VS Angels? How do you stay disciplined and\u00a0stick with\u00a0your routine?<\/h4>\n<p>JT:\u00a0All of the girls have gotten into weight training. Are you able to disconnect from your social media life?<\/h4>\n<p>JT: Yes. I love\u00a0to take\u00a0breaks from Instagram or Snapchat sometimes.
