While the 90’s grunge look is still going strong, the plaid flannel shirts and coats\u00a0that define the look should be left in the past. The flamboyant designs and rough style have been replaced by something more subtle: checkered prints!\u00a0They are classier and\u00a0just as fun to style, we\u2019re definitely happy about this trend!<\/p>\n

One trend we loved was the embroidered bomber jacket: it was easy to style, comfortable to wear, and so versatile. Its successor is equally androgynous and a has a more vintage style. The blazer<\/a>, worn by many celebrities, is a classic that is becoming the new outerwear staple.<\/p>\n

Bucket Bags vs. Subtle White Accessories<\/h4>\n

Bucket bags might have been practical and stylish, but they\u2019ve been replaced by something much more seasonally appropriate. White leather bags and accessories are all the rage and they pair well with virtually anything. Will you dare to wear white?<\/p>\n

\u2018Instagram\u2019 brows are slowly losing their momentum and are being replaced by more natural-looking and \u2018messier\u2019 brows.\u00a0This natural look is perfect for spring and summer. Lighter makeup and bronzer will give you a sun-kissed look!<\/p>\n

Cut Crease vs. Monotone Eyeshadow<\/h4>\n

While\u00a0we admire makeup artists\u2019 ability to create\u00a0art on our eyelids, monotone eye shadow was all over the runway this season. Easy to blend, it gives your eyes the definition they need without taking away from your natural beauty.<\/p>\n

Drawn Lips vs. Lip Tints<\/h4>\n

Full lips are definitely still in, but instead of using lip liner to draw your lips, it\u2019s all about lip tints now. A few drops will give you a\u00a0beautiful wash of colour.\u00a0Try some of the newest Korean brands – they have really perfected this product!<\/p>\n

It seems like we\u2019re understanding more about our bodies, and the fact that calories aren\u2019t all that matter. That is why the Keto Diet<\/a> is gaining momentum, as it doesn\u2019t restrict you from counting calories.\u00a0 Instead it’s low carb and high protein and fat diet. A side note,\u00a0you need to see a\u00a0dietician and speak to your doctor\u00a0if you are\u00a0starting a keto diet.\u00a0 It\u2019s not<\/em> for everyone.<\/p>\n

Cacti vs. Lavender<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We\u2019ll always love our cacti, but lavender seems to be more reflective of the season. Lavender, a perennial herb, can be harder to maintain, but they look stunning as a centrepiece for your spring table.<\/p>\n
