Whether you are single or in a relationship, people speak the language of love very differently.\u00a0 If you are in a relationship, or are married, the initial excitement that you felt may have faded.\u00a0You may fight occasionally, or maybe your partner doesn’t feel appreciated.\u00a0 It may simply be how you perceive love – or what your Love Language is.\u00a0 For example, one of you may place a lot of importance on touch to express your feelings, while your loved one may swoon over help with the house work.\u00a0 Yes, sometimes taking out the garbage can mean love to some people.\u00a0 Once you understand how you and your partner express your love for one another, or even just gain a more clear understanding of what your love language is, you can improve your relationships or have a better idea of what you are looking for.<\/p>\n

Language #1:\u00a0 Words of Affirmation<\/h3>\n

If this is your language, you value words of appreciation and unsolicited compliments. You need to verbally hear the words “I love you”.\u00a0 They are powerful communicators of love.\u00a0A harsh word will hurt your sensitive soul and leave you reeling.\u00a0 You are someone that needs affirmation to build you up.<\/p>\n
