Get a notebook and write about your body and your goals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Write down things related to your workout such as motivational quotes, reminding yourself about things you love about your body and keeping track of your workout schedule. You\u2019ll be more aware of what you\u2019re doing to change your habits and you\u2019ll be more organized. It\u2019s good to keep track of what workouts you\u2019re doing and how they make you feel, so that you know if you want to continue doing them or switch it up.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"2-keep-track-of-change\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Keep track of change<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Start your journey by taking a picture of how you look now and track the changes you see following the workouts. You\u2019ll definitely see results if you stick to a routine.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"3-start-small-and-work-your-way-up\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Start small and work your way up\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you haven\u2019t worked out for a long time, you can\u2019t just pick up where you left off because your body isn\u2019t used to it. Commit to just 10 minutes the first week and then slowly build up to longer workouts. Expect to quit working out<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The reality is that at some point you\u2019re going to stop exercising. Your life will get hectic and you\u2019ll fall out of your groove but you can\u2019t let that hold you back from starting up again. Start doing 10 minutes again and work your way up, if you have to!<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"6-get-some-cute-work-out-clothes\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Get some cute work out clothes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A good way to motivate yourself is to get some <a href=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/en\/eight-canadian-athletic-pieces-you-need\/\">cute workout gear<\/a>. If you\u2019re starting to get out of\u00a0 the habit of working out, then having a shopping spree dedicated to athletic gear will definitely get you back into the swing of things.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"7-find-something-you-can-stick-with\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7. Find something you can stick with<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you aren\u2019t enjoying a certain type of exercise, then you might want to try out different workouts such as Zumba, kickboxing, yoga, spinning, etc. You can also just go on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/results?search_query=exercise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a> and find a fitness guru you like and follow one of their exercise routines. The fact is that there are so many different ways to workout and you shouldn\u2019t be limited to a typical gym session if it\u2019s not your thing.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"8-think-healthy\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8. Think healthy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lot of people tend to focus on their \u201cproblem areas\u201d and their main motivation is to lose weight or tone a certain area. It\u2019s better to focus on getting healthy and to remember that you\u2019re more than a number on a scale.
