Make the filling for the crumble combining the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and salt. Put the filling into ramekins or a square pan. To make the topping, grab a large bowl and mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar on medium until it becomes light and fluffy. Then add your flour and salt to the mixture, mix until large pieces form. Then scatter this mixture over the filling. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
