As delicious as anything that you will find in a Mexican restaurant, they\u00a0 are easy to cook and best of all, the whole family will love them. This recipe makes 6 tacos and will takes you less than 30 minutes to cook.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ingredients\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>18 large shrimp, peeled and de-veined<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons vegetable oil<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon chili powder<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon paprika<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>Juice of 1 lime<\/p>\n<p>4 garlic cloves, chopped<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup cilantro, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>2 Avocados from Mexico, diced<\/p>\n<p>Juice of 1 lime<\/p>\n<p>1 mango, diced<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd jalape\u00f1o, diced<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd red onion, minced<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup cilantro, chopped<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd red pepper, diced<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>6 taco tortillas<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"directions\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour the oil into a skillet over medium heat. Saut\u00e9 the shrimp 4 to 5 minutes with the cumin, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and lime juice. Add the garlic and cilantro and continue to cook for an additional minute.
