was meatless.\u00a0 Abbey Sharp from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abbeyskitchen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abbey&#8217;s Kitchen<\/a> developed this delicious recipe.\u00a0 The <a href=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/en\/intuitive-eating-resolve-to-have-no-new-years-resolutions\/\">Registered Dietitian<\/a> is also a food writer and blogger, author and TV and radio personality.\u00a0 In addition to everything else that she has on her plate (pun intended), she recently launched, Millennial Mom\u2019s Guide for Mindful Meal Planning, a Facebook community with over 600 users for inspiring healthy meal planning ideas for their family.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe is sweet and spicy and plant based.\u00a0 It is perfect for vegans, vegetarians and people who have celiac disease &#8211; it&#8217;s also gluten free.\u00a0 The dish serves 6 and takes 20 minutes to prepare including prep and cooking time.\u00a0 It is easy to prepare, even if you are a novice in the kitchen.\u00a0 If you id=\"wprm-recipe-161720-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, tamari, sesame oil, red pepper, gochujang, grapeseed oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-161720-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add in the Yves Veggie Ground Round. Saute just to break up the pieces before adding in the sauce, and tossing until everything is coated.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-161720-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add brown rice to six bowls, top with the Yves Veggie Ground Round and any additional toppings, as desired.
