Yves Original Veggie <a href=\"http:\/\/yvesveggie.com\/en\/products\/ground-round\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ground Round<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1 clove of garlic minced<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp. (30 mL) hoisin sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. (15 mL) tamari soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp. (30 mL) lime juice<\/p>\n<p>1 cup (250 mL) thin spinach or whole wheat vermicelli noodles, cooked<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup (125 mL) matchstick carrots<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup (125 mL) matchstick red bell pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup (125 mL) matchstick cucumber<\/p>\n<p>16-18 butter lettuce leaves, washed<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup (125 mL) chopped toasted cashews<\/p>\n<p>Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"cashew-coconut-sauce\"><strong>Cashew Coconut Sauce<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1\/3 cup (80 mL) cashew butter<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp. (30 mL) coconut milk<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. (15 mL) maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup (60 mL) water<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"directions\"><strong>Directions <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In a medium saut\u00e9 pan over medium heat, add olive oil, ground round, garlic and hoisin sauce, cook for 5 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat; stir in Tamari soy sauce and lime juice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cashew Coconut Sauce:<\/strong> In a small bowl whisk together cashew butter, coconut milk and maple syrup. Gradually whisk in water until desired thickness. You don\u2019t want your dressing to be too thin. Season with salt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assemble wraps:<\/strong> Place into one lettuce leaf roughly 1 tbsp. of each noodles and ground round. Top with a few pieces of red pepper, carrot and cucumber. Drizzle with cashew coconut sauce. Sprinkle with chopped cashews and cilantro leaves.
