We found the perfect recipe for you to try at home! Make ahead, and you&#8217;ll have a creamy serving of oats ready to grab from the fridge as you rush out the door. Use the base recipe proportions and sub in your favourite Mott&#8217;s Fruitsations to create custom flavour blends.<\/p>\n<p>PREP TIME: 5 minutes<\/p>\n<p>SKILL LEVEL: Beginner<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 container (104 mL) Mott&#8217;s Fruitsations Unsweetened Apple Sauce<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup (125 mL) large flake rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp (1 ml) ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>Pinch each ground nutmeg and sea salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup (125 mL) milk (dairy or non-dairy, as preferred)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Diced apple (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shake oats with cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a pint jar. Add apple sauce, milk and maple syrup (if using). Stir well and top with lid. Reserve in refrigerator overnight. Garnish with diced apple (if using) just before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Makes 1 serving (recipe doubles or triples easily).<\/p>\n<p><strong>VARIATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raspberry Coconut: Use <a href=\"https:\/\/divine.ca\/en\/apple-licious-smoothie-recipe\/\">Mott&#8217;s Fruitsations<\/a> +Fibre Unsweetened Raspberry and coconut milk. Omit cinnamon and nutmeg. Garnish with fresh raspberries and toasted coconut before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Blueberry Almond: Use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mottsfruitsations.ca\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mott&#8217;s Fruitsations<\/a> Unsweetened Blueberry and unsweetened or sweetened almond milk. Omit cinnamon and nutmeg. Garnish with fresh blueberries and toasted almonds before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Tropical Banana: Use Mott&#8217;s Fruitsations + Fibre Unsweetened Tropical and coconut milk. Omit cinnamon and nutmeg.
