{"id":1576318,"date":"2019-07-11T10:54:06","date_gmt":"2019-07-11T14:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/?p=1576318"},"modified":"2019-07-11T10:55:03","modified_gmt":"2019-07-11T14:55:03","slug":"chicken-marinade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/divine.ca\/en\/chicken-marinade\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Marinade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"pk-dropcap pk-dropcap-borders\">Chicken is an easy go-to menu item.\u00a0 There are so many tasty recipes out there, but this one is special.\u00a0 It is the perfect recipe for summer with zesty lemon, fragrant cilantro or mint, spicy chile pepper and of course Hellmann&#8217;s Real Mayonnaise to add a little zip and keep your chicken moist.\u00a0 We love how easy this is to make.<\/p>\n<p>Makes 2 servings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list\">\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Hellmann&#8217;s\u00ae Real Mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">1\/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro leaves or mint leaves *<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">2 cloves garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">Grated peel and juice of 1 lemon<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">1 small red chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">1\/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 8 oz. \/ 225 g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"c-recipe-cooking-method__description\">Combine Hellmann&#8217;s\u00ae Real Mayonnaise, cilantro, garlic, lemon peel and juice, chile pepper and black pepper in medium bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 3 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"c-recipe-cooking-method__description\">Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill chicken, turning once, until thoroughly cooked.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*Try using a combo<\/p>\n<p>**Variation: For Chicken Kabobs, cut chicken into 1-1\/2-inch (4 cm) cubes before marinating. After marinating, alternately thread chicken, yellow bell pepper chunks and thinly sliced zucchini on wooden skewers.
