(30 mL) fresh basil leaves<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">1 clove garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">1\/4 tsp. (1 mL) salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">4 portobello mushroom caps, (about 3\/4 lb\/ 375 g)<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">2 red onions, cut into 1\/4-inch (6 mm) thick rounds<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">1 medium tomato, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-recipe-content-ingredients__list-item\">4 large whole wheat pita breads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"c-recipe-cooking-method__description\">In small bowl, combine Hellmann&#8217;s\u00ae Olive Oil, cheese, basil, garlic and salt; set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"c-recipe-cooking-method__description\">Season mushroom caps and onions, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Grill or broil mushroom caps and onions 8 minutes or until tender, turning once.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"c-recipe-cooking-method__description\">To serve, arrange pita breads on serving plates.
